Lyra Modest is one of the fastest-growing apparel brands in the UK, and I was appointed to define their brand strategy in preparation for their upcoming growth initiatives. To accomplish this, I conducted a comprehensive brand audit and interviewed key stakeholders to gather valuable insights. Additionally, I facilitated workshops with the founders and leadership team to clearly define the brand’s values, character, and tone of voice.
Building on these insights, I mapped out customer touchpoints to enhance the overall customer experience. The outcomes were then integrated into customer support and marketing operations, which significantly improved brand consistency and customer engagement.
